The White House- Modern small villa

Small house way beyond average which, despite it’s size, gives you plenty of space and comfort. Customized design ensures both style and spaciness. Solid construction of the house makes for superb sound insulation and unbeatable indoor climate. 

Of course you can also use the big paved terrace in front of the house and park your car just a few meters from the entrance. Since the house is located in a separate part of the property privacy is all yours, so feel free to walk around the garden!

The space

Our small house is perfect to relax. Light some candles, drink a glass of wine, sit outside in the garden. Yet, you are near the center of Stockholm with lots of museums, attractions, restaurants, bars and more. Or how about getting out on a bike, there are beautiful, well-developed bike paths to the town and out to the islands.

Equipment such as dishwasher, fridge/freezer with cold water tap and ice maker, electric cooker with induction hob, stove with hot air circulation, microwave oven, air condition, floor heating, all dimmable LED-lighting, rain shower in the bathroom, wifi and much more will for sure make you have everything you need for a great stay!

Guest access

You will have access to the whole building as well as to the part of our property surrounding it. 20 sqm stone paved terrace, parking lot and some 500 sqm of garden are at your disposal!
